Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled General Accountant to manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, and tax compliance for our smart technology projects in the hospitality and real estate sectors. 

The General Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy of all financial records, and supporting internal and external audits. 

Additional duties include VAT calculation, 1% withholding tax processing, budgeting, and assisting with statutory filings. 

Proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP accounting systems and a strong understanding of Egyptian accounting standards is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and all financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Calculate and file VAT returns and 1% withholding tax in compliance with Egyptian regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Assist with internal and external audits, providing accurate documentation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and process improvements.

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced AR/AP Accountant to oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations for smart technology projects in hotels and luxury compounds. 

The AR/AP Accountant will handle customer invoicing, payment collections, supplier invoice processing, and timely payments. 

This role is also responsible for bank reconciliations, cheque management, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records in Odoo or similar ERP systems. 

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Egyptian VAT and payroll regulations are essential.
